Thank you for shopping with Going Coastal Fabrics.  Please review these frequently asked questions before placing your order.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Are patterns included with quilt kits?
Patterns are sold separately from quilt kits for a variety of reasons but mostly so you only pay for what you need.

• Some pattern designers only sell patterns through their website
• Some quilters prefer PDF patterns as opposed to paper patterns
• Some quilters already own the pattern and just need fabric 
• Many quilters purchase multiple kits and do not need multiple patterns
  

When will pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders ship when the fabric arrives from the manufacturer. Estimates are usually included in the listing but times may vary depending on availability. If you order pre-order and regular items in the same order, all the items will ship at the same time. 

Can I order an item that's out of stock?
If the item is not available for pre-order, please send a message to info@goingcoastalfabrics.com and you will be added to the waitlist.

Can you tell me the colors you used in a kit?
All kits purchased include a reference sheet to identify the fabric colors. 

What size cuts of fabrics do you offer?
Yardage is listed by the 1/2 yard. Fabrics will be cut in one continuous length whenever possible.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, but if you have a concern with your order, please contact me.
