Thank you for shopping with Going Coastal Fabrics.  Please review these frequently asked questions before placing your order.

When will my order ship?
I ship orders daily (excluding Sundays and USPS postal holidays).  I strive to ship orders next day.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging to ship my organic or oeko-tex certified fabric?
Sustainable and eco-friendly packaging is important to me.  The majority of orders are shipped with EcoEnclose's eco-friendly 100% recycled poly-shipping mailers and 100% recycled shipping boxes.  When possible, I will reuse shipping boxes.  Occasionally, fabric will ship using USPS flat-rate cardboard boxes which are 100% recyclable.  Fabrics are protected during shipping with either EcoEnclose's 100% clear bags or recycled tissue paper.

What size cuts of fabrics do you offer?
All yardage is listed by the half yard (18 inches long by 43-44 inches wide for quilting fabric).  For larger sizes, increase your quantity.  For example, if you need 2 yards of fabric, you would add a quantity of 4.  Fabrics will be cut in one continuous length so you will receive a piece of fabric that is 2 yards long.
For smaller sizes, we offer a selection of fat-quarter bundles, pre-cuts, and quilt kits as available.

What is a fat quarter?
A fat quarter is 18 inches long by 22 inches wide (a half yard cut in half the long way).  A 1/4 yard is 9 inches long and 44 inches wide.

Do you have additional quantities in stock?
Sometimes we may have extra stock that's not listed so we can control inventory.  If it looks like we are short and you need just a bit more, e-mail me at goingcoastalfabrics@gmail.com.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, but if you have a concern with your order, please contact me.

Can I cancel my order?
I can cancel orders that have not been cut yet.  However, I process orders quickly and if I have already cut your order (even if it hasn't shipped) the order can not be cancelled.

What about lost packages?
In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing or is delayed, I will do everything we can to help track and trace it.  I cannot take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages once they have shipped.
